QR labels and warehouse

Print shelf labels (A4 sheet or thermal printer), record the shelf location, your own code and sets, and open a part on your phone with the QR code.

When a part sells, you need to find it in seconds. A QR shelf label does that: scan it with your phone and the edit page for that exact part opens. Buyers never see the shelf location.

Shelf, code and set

  • Lokacija na polici (shelf location, for example A-12-3, up to 64 characters): enter it in the part form or in an import (column “Lokacija”). The order shows “Polica: A-12-3”, so packing never has to search.
  • Vaša šifra (your code): your own part reference (up to 64 characters). It must be unique, otherwise you get “Šifra već postoji na drugom dijelu.” Used in imports, exports and the API.
  • Komplet (broj komada) (set count): for 2 to 99 identical pieces in one listing. The label reads “Komplet n kom”.
  • Vehicle location in the yard (for example “Dvorište, red 3”) is set on the vehicle.

How to print labels

  1. Choose the parts

In the Dijelovi list tick parts and choose “Ispiši naljepnice” in the action bar, or “Ispiši naljepnicu” from a row menu. From a vehicle you can print labels for all its parts at once. At most 200 labels at a time.

  2. Choose a format

    There are three formats: A4 arak (3 × 8) (A4 sheet), Termalna 62 × 29 mm and Termalna 50 × 25 mm.

  3. Start at a label

On an A4 sheet set “Počni od naljepnice” (start at label) to reuse a partly used sheet.

  4. Print

Press “Ispiši naljepnice” and pick your printer in the browser dialog. Turn off headers and footers and set the scale to 100%.

Format

A4 sheet (3 x 8)

This is the same label you print under Dijelovi → Naljepnice. The QR code opens the part in the dashboard.

A label carries the QR code, the SKU (AD- and the part number), the name, the vehicle (for example “2008 VW Golf V”) and, in large type, the shelf location. The A4 layout matches Zweckform 3490-style sheets (24 labels, 70 × 37 mm).

What the QR code does

The QR points to your scan page. If you are signed in, the edit page of that part opens (change price, “Označi prodano”, location). If not, you sign in first and are taken back to the same part. If someone outside your team scans the label they only see the sign-in page; they cannot open your part.

The label is shifted when printing.

Check that the scale is 100% (“actual size”) and margins are off. For A4 sheets use the real A4 paper size in the printer.

Can I use my own code instead of AD-?

The label always carries the AD- reference, which is unique across the platform. Your own code is entered separately and used for import, export and the API.

The part is sold, what about the label?

You can still open a sold part by scanning; the order shows the shelf to take it from.

Open the parts listTick parts and choose “Ispiši naljepnice”.
