First steps: from application to first sale

Follow the steps below; on the dashboard you see the same list as the “Postavite svoju trgovinu” (Set up your store) guide, with a count of completed steps.

Six steps

   1. Send your application

   On the seller page fill in a short form: company or sole-trader name, OIB, county, contact person, city, phone and email. We reply as soon as possible, usually the next working day. We also help set up the store and enter your first parts.

   2. Set your password

   After approval you get an email “Postavite lozinku” (Set your password). The link is valid for 7 days. Then sign in on the “Prijava za prodavače” (Seller sign-in) page.

   3. Connect Stripe

   The “Povežite Stripe” step opens Stripe’s form, where you enter business details and your IBAN. This is how buyer payments reach your account directly. Parts cannot be published without it, but you can prepare drafts straight away. Stripe sometimes still reviews the data; you then see “Stripe pregledava vaše podatke” and, if needed, a button to add more information.

   4. Complete your store profile

   In Postavke (Settings) add a description, phone, city, opening hours and delivery options. Buyers see this on your store page and on every listing.

   5. Fill in your legal details

   In Postavke → “Pravni podaci” enter the trader name, registry number, registered address and IBAN, and confirm the compliance statement. The EU Digital Services Act (DSA) requires buyers to know who they are buying from.

   6. Add your first vehicle and first part

   Add a donor vehicle (for example a 2011 Octavia II) and publish your first part from it. For a quick start use “Brzi unos”.

What you see after signing in

The “Pregled” (Overview) page has a “Danas” (Today) list: orders to ship, unanswered messages, open returns, new buyer requests, reviews without a reply, parts without a photo and drafts to publish. When all is done it reads “Sve je riješeno za danas.”

On a phone use the bottom navigation (Pregled, Dijelovi, Dodaj, Narudžbe, Poruke). The “Dodaj” button offers “Brzi unos vozila”, “Novi dio” and “Novo vozilo”.
