Donor vehicles

A donor vehicle is a car you are dismantling. Every part you list is linked to it, so buyers see the year, engine and mileage, and you get suggested parts, faster entry and an overview of “what is left of this car”. That is why it pays to add the vehicle before the parts.

How to add a vehicle

Open Vozila (Vehicles) and choose “Novo vozilo” (on a phone: “Dodaj” → “Novo vozilo”). There are four steps and your data is saved automatically.

1. 1

   Identification

   Choose the VIN, Tablica (plate) or Ručno (manual) tab. A VIN has 17 characters and is checked live; if decoding is unavailable a message appears and you enter the data manually. For an imported vehicle without papers pick “Ručno” and type the make and model.

2. 2

   Vehicle details

   Make, model, generation, body type, year, engine (code, displacement, power), fuel, gearbox, mileage and colour. Fields decoded from the VIN carry a “VIN ✓” badge, and fields you must verify yourself are highlighted yellow (a VIN does not contain, say, trim level or mileage).

3. 3

   Box and photos

   Vehicle photos (VIN plate, whole car, interior, engine) reduce buyer questions. Up to 12 photos. Also enter the vehicle’s location in the yard, for example “Dvorište, red 3”.

4. 4

   Confirmation

   A final check, then “Spremi vozilo i dodaj prvi dio”. You can also “Spremi kao nacrt” (save as draft).

What buyers see and what they do not

Buyers see make, model, year, mileage, engine and fuel. The VIN is never shown publicly, and the registration is shown with the last 2 characters masked. Notes (condition, damage, write-off reason) and the yard location are internal.

What you can do from the vehicle page

The vehicle page shows the part count, active listings and the value of your offer, plus buttons to add parts: “Brzi unos” (phone checklist), “Brzo dodaj” (a table for several parts at once) and “Detaljno” (the full form). You also print labels for all of the vehicle’s parts here. In the parts list the “Po vozilu” view groups parts by vehicle.
