Importing and exporting parts from Excel

If your stock lives in Excel or a warehouse program, you do not have to type it again. The import reads your spreadsheet, recognises most columns on its own and shows what will happen to every row before anything is saved. Limits: a file of up to 5 MB and up to 5,000 rows, and at most 3 imports per hour.

The five import steps

   File

   In Dijelovi (Parts) choose “Uvoz” (Import). No spreadsheet yet? Download the template: “Preuzmi predložak (Excel)” or “(CSV)”, with Croatian column names, two examples and an “Upute” (instructions) sheet. The first row of the file must contain column names.

2. 2

   Columns

   For each field you pick a column from your file; recognised columns are already selected. Price and name or category are required. Your mapping is remembered, so next time you see “Sačuvano mapiranje primijenjeno.”

3. 3

   Preview

   You see the counts: “Novi dijelovi” (new), “Ažuriranja” (updates), “Preskočeno (prodano)” (skipped, sold), “S greškom” (errors) and “S upozorenjem” (warnings), plus a “Redci koje treba provjeriti” (rows to check) list. If a category text could mean several categories we ask you to choose the right one.

4. 4

   Import

   Choose “Uvezi kao skice” (recommended: parts are not public until you publish them) or “Uvezi kao aktivne” (visible immediately, needs a connected Stripe account). Switch on “Preskoči retke s greškama” to import the rest. You can close the page; the import finishes on its own.

   Report

   Counts of “Dodano”, “Ažurirano”, “Preskočeno” and “Nije uvezeno”. Use “Preuzmi retke s greškama”, fix them in Excel and upload the file again.

Columns the import understands

The import also recognises common names from other programs (for example “SKU”, “MPC”, “Polica”, “Garancija”), regardless of diacritics and capitalisation.

The part code: why it matters

The Šifra column (your own internal code, up to 64 characters) ties a spreadsheet row to a part on Autobaza. If you import the same file again, parts with a code are updated (price, location, status), while parts without a code are added once more as new. Sold parts are never changed.

Export and re-import

“Izvoz” downloads all parts (or only active ones) as a CSV in the same columns as the template. Edit prices or locations in Excel and import it back: parts are matched by code. If some parts have no code, “Dodijeli šifre dijelovima bez šifre” gives each one a code like AB-123.

What to enter in which column

• Stanje (condition): Novo, Kao novo, Dobro, Radno or Obnovljeno. Empty means “Dobro”.
• Strana (side): Lijevo, Desno, Prednje or Stražnje. For categories with left and right it is required.
• Cijena (price): 80 or 1.234,50 (comma or dot).
• Jamstvo (mjeseci) (warranty months): 0, 1, 3, 6 or 12; other values are rounded to the nearest one.
• Vehicle: link a part to a vehicle through “Interni broj vozila” or the VIN. If the vehicle does not exist and you give make and year, we create it.
• Slike (URL) (image URLs): https links only, up to 8 per part. Switch on “Preuzmi slike s poveznica”.
• Status: Skica (draft), Aktivno (active) or Pauzirano (paused).
