Listing a part: the form step by step

How to fill in a listing well: category and side, OEM number, N/A/B/C/R condition, photos, price with market hints, delivery and sets.

For a single part with lots of detail (engine, gearbox, ECU) use the full “Novi dio” (New part) form. For many ordinary parts, “Brzi unos” or an Excel import is faster. The form has five steps: Donorsko vozilo (donor vehicle), Identifikacija (identification), Detalji (details), Fotografije (photos) and Cijena i potvrda (price and confirmation). While you type it shows “SKICA · auto-spremljeno” (draft, autosaved).

Steps

  1. Donor vehicle

Pick the vehicle the part came from (search by VIN, make or internal reference). Make, model and year come from the vehicle. You also get a “Predloženi dijelovi” (suggested parts) list with demand markers.

  2. Identification

Part name and category. Find the category by typing (“alternator”, “mirror”). For parts that come in pairs you must choose the side: “Lijevo” (left) or “Desno” (right), seen from the driver’s seat. Buyers filter by side, so a sided part cannot be saved without it.

  3. Details

Main OEM number (compatibility is worked out automatically after saving), alternative OEM numbers, manufacturer, origin (“OEM (originalni dio)” or “Zamjenski (aftermarket)”), serial number, condition, warranty, weight and dimensions. Write the description concretely: what was tested, what is missing, what is visibly damaged.

  4. Photos

Up to 8 photos. The first is “GLAVNA” (main) and shows in search results; make another one the main photo with “Postavi kao glavnu”. Tap to take a photo or pick from the gallery.

  5. Price and confirmation

Enter the price including VAT. “Spremi kao skicu” keeps the part private, “Objavi dio” makes it visible at once. After saving you get a shortcut “Dodaj još jedan dio za ovo vozilo”.

Part condition

Condition is chosen from five grades. Be honest: a description that does not match the part is the most common reason for returns.

Part condition

Condition grades

DOBROHow buyers see the tag

Used and working, with normal signs of use. The most common grade.

Examples

  • Alternator from a running car
  • Door with light scratches
  • Instrument cluster with signs of use

Show the wear in the photos too.

An honest grade means fewer returns. When in doubt, pick the lower grade and describe the wear.

Photos that sell

  • Photograph the part on a neutral surface (cardboard, a clean slab) in daylight, with no dirt in the frame.
  • First photo: the whole part. Then the OEM label, connectors, mounting points and any damage up close.
  • Never use someone else’s or catalogue photos; the buyer must see that exact piece.
  • Parts without photos show up in “Danas” as “Dijelovi bez fotografije”.

Price and market hints

Below the price field you see a hint such as “Slični dijelovi: 60–120 €, medijan 85 €”, with the number of listings and the comparison scope (same generation, same model, same make or all vehicles). “Upiši medijan” fills in that price. It is a guide, not a rule: a part in excellent condition or with low mileage can sit above the median.

Delivery, sets and shelf

  • Dostava dostupna (shipping) and Osobno preuzimanje (pickup) are set per part. For heavy parts enter a separate standard or express shipping price; otherwise your store default applies.
  • Komplet (broj komada): leave empty for a single part; for several identical pieces enter a number from 2 to 99 and they sell as one listing.
  • Lokacija na polici (for example A-12-3) and Vaša šifra (your own code) are not visible to buyers; they serve you and imports. See the labels article.
I cannot publish; it says to finish Stripe.

Publishing requires a connected Stripe account. Save the part as a draft and publish it after connecting.

Can I change the vehicle on a published part?

Yes, in “Uredi dio” (edit part). A duplicate (Dupliciraj) always asks for a new vehicle.

What if I do not know the OEM number?

You can publish without it, but compatibility matching will be weaker. Look for the number on the part or in a catalogue using the vehicle’s VIN.

A buyer asks whether the part works.

At the bottom of the part edit page there is a “Pitanja kupaca” block: answer there and it is shown publicly under the listing. Unanswered questions appear in “Danas”.
