Store settings
Every tab in Settings: profile, opening hours, delivery and payment, warranty and returns, legal details, notifications and vacation.
On this page
In Postavke (Settings) you control what buyers see about your store and how they buy from you. The tabs are Trgovina (Store), Lokacija i radno vrijeme (Location and opening hours), Dostava i plaćanje (Delivery and payment), Jamstvo i povrat (Warranty and returns), Pravni podaci (Legal details), Obavijesti (Notifications), Godišnji odmor (Vacation), Tim (Team) and API i integracije. Save with “Spremi promjene”; a tab with unsaved changes is marked.
Store
Name, description, phone, email and website, plus your logo (square image, ideally at least 400 × 400 px) and cover image (1600 × 400 px recommended). A short, concrete description works better than a generic one. For example: “Scrapyard in Zagreb specialising in VW group, dismantling 20 vehicles a month.”
Location and opening hours
Buyers see your city; the full address is used for personal pickup. Enter opening hours per day; for a mid-day break add a second interval (“Dodaj stanku”). Buyers see “Otvoreno sada” (Open now) or “Zatvoreno” (Closed) on your store, and the note field is handy for things like “Saturdays by appointment”.
Delivery and payment
- Standard delivery: price and delivery time (for example 3–5 working days). You ship the part to the buyer’s address.
- Express delivery: a faster, pricier option next to standard.
- Personal pickup: the buyer comes to collect. Add instructions (hours, “call before arriving”, yard entrance).
- Cash on delivery (Pouzeće): switch it on if you want to offer it. Buyers only see it when every seller in the cart offers it.
With cash on delivery you can set a “Naknada za pouzeće” (COD fee) of €0 to €5. The courier charges for handling the cash, and this lets you pass that on to the buyer. The buyer pays it on top of the order, it appears as its own line on the order, and it is not part of our commission. See the cash-on-delivery article for details.
Warranty and returns
The default warranty (none, 1, 3, 6 or 12 months) applies to new parts you enter; change existing ones in bulk in the parts list. If you want to shorten the statutory liability for lack of conformity to 1 year for used goods, switch on “Za rabljenu robu skraćujem zakonsku odgovornost…”. This is only valid if the buyer is told before purchase, so the notice is shown automatically on the listing, in the cart and in the order email. Under “Vaši uvjeti povrata” (up to 1500 characters) you can add to, but not replace, the buyer’s statutory rights.
Legal details
Trader name, legal form, registry number, registered address, VAT status, IBAN, waste-management licence (ELV) and the compliance statement. Some of this is public (trader, address, OIB), while the IBAN and the Fund reference are visible only to you and the administrator. The OIB is locked; use “Zatražite izmjenu” to change it. If something is missing, the tab says “Još nedostaje: …”.
Notifications
Emails about new orders are always sent because they are operational. For buyer messages choose “Svaka poruka” (every message), “Dnevni sažetak” (daily digest) or “Isključeno” (off). Part-request emails are a separate switch. Browser notifications apply to that device and take effect immediately (see the mobile app article).
Vacation
Set “Od” and “Do” dates (up to 90 days) and optionally a message to buyers of up to 280 characters. While the vacation lasts, listings stay visible but cannot be bought, and buyers can still send enquiries. You must still ship orders already placed. The vacation ends by itself on the last day, or earlier with “Završi odmor sada”.
Why can I not edit my OIB?
The OIB is the trader’s identity and only the platform administrator can change it. Choose “Zatražite izmjenu” and tell us.
Can buyers see my IBAN?
No. Only you and the administrator can. Payouts go through Stripe.
Can I keep the store open but not take orders?
Yes, switch on vacation mode. Listings stay visible but cannot be bought.
