Autobaza is an intermediary and you are the seller. So you issue the receipt to the buyer, from your own invoicing or till software. Autobaza does not issue receipts for your parts and does not fiscalise on your behalf. It only gives you the data and a place to record the receipt number.

What you must do

  1. Issue a fiscal receipt for every sale

Since Fiscalisation 2.0 (1 January 2026) every receipt to a consumer must be fiscalised, whatever the payment method: card, bank transfer or cash on delivery. You do this in your own program.

  2. Open “Podaci za račun”

On the order, “Podaci za račun” (the document is titled “Podaci za račun / Otpremnica”) contains the seller, buyer, items with prices and codes, shipping, payment method and, for cash on delivery, the amount to collect. Copy it into your program.

  3. Enter the receipt number

In the “Fiskalni račun” card enter “Broj računa” (receipt number) and, if you have it, “JIR (neobavezno)”, then “Spremi”. You are responsible for the number being correct and for fiscalisation.

Business buyers

If the buyer purchases as a business (a car repair shop, say) and both sides are VAT-registered, the invoice must be an eRačun (e-invoice). For such orders check with your accountant which tool you use to issue e-invoices.

Margin scheme

Many yards tax used goods under the margin scheme for second-hand goods. If you do, switch on “Posebni postupak oporezivanja marže” in Postavke → “Pravni podaci”. The “Podaci za račun” document then prints the required note “Posebni postupak oporezivanja - rabljena dobra”. The “U sustavu sam PDV-a” switch decides whether documents and your store page say “U sustavu PDV-a” (in the VAT system) or “Nije u sustavu PDV-a” (not in the VAT system).

What Autobaza issues

Autobaza issues you only a commission invoice (monthly, under Isplate). It is not an invoice for your parts. See the article on commission and payouts.

Your store’s legal details

In Postavke → “Pravni podaci” enter the trader name, OIB, registry number, registered address, IBAN and waste-management licence (ELV) number. They are used on documents and shown to buyers (DSA). If something is missing, “Podaci za račun” warns “Pravni podaci trgovine nisu potpuni.” (the store’s legal data is incomplete). The same details let Autobaza report platform sellers to the tax authorities each year (DAC7), so keep them up to date.

Do I have to fiscalise cash on delivery too?

Yes. A receipt is issued for every sale to a consumer, whatever the payment method.

When do I issue the receipt, at payment or at shipping?

Ask your accountant which moment applies to your case. Autobaza does not prescribe a moment; it only records the receipt number.

Which payment method do I enter in my program?

Card payment through Autobaza and cash on delivery differ. Agree the exact label with your accountant.

I issued the receipt before entering the number.

Enter it afterwards on the order. The field may stay empty, and you can also clear the number.

Can I export all orders for my accountant?

Yes. “Izvoz narudžbi” downloads a CSV for up to 366 days, including the “Broj računa” and “JIR” columns.

Open ordersEvery order has “Podaci za račun” and a “Fiskalni račun” field.
