Commission and payouts

Autobaza charges no subscription and no listing fee. The fee is only taken when a part sells. Here is exactly how it is calculated and where you can see it.

How the fee is calculated

The 1.5% + €0.25 part is the card payment cost. Shipping is not part of the 8%, but it is part of the amount the card cost is calculated on. The fee is never more than the payment itself.

When the money arrives

Card payments go to your Stripe account (balance “U obradi”, pending), then become “Dostupno” (available), and Stripe pays them out to your IBAN automatically. Exact timing depends on Stripe and your bank; in Croatia it is typically a few working days, and the first payout of a new account takes longer. You see the exact schedule in the Stripe Dashboard (“Otvori Stripe Dashboard”).

The “Isplate” page

• Ukupno zarađeno (total earned) counts delivered orders only; paid but not yet delivered orders show under U obradi (in progress).
• Ovaj mjesec, Provizija platforme and Dostupno za isplatu summarise the month.
• Dugovanje po pouzeću: commission on cash orders you have not paid yet.
• Stanje na Stripeu: “Dostupno” and “U obradi”, plus “Nedavne isplate” with arrival dates.
• Zarada po narudžbi: gross, commission and “Za vas” (for you) per order, labelled “pouzeće” or “isplata putem Stripea”.

Monthly statement

Choose a month and “Otvori izvod”. The statement lists card and cash sales, commission (card: withheld through Stripe; cash: you owe it), refunds and your net, with every line. “Preuzmi CSV” opens in Excel, and “Ispiši” gives a PDF for your accountant.

Commission invoice

After the month ends, Autobaza issues you an invoice for the commission. Commission on card payments has already been withheld through Stripe. Only the cash-on-delivery commission is left to pay, by bank transfer using the details and by the due date on the invoice. The issued invoice shows under “Računi za proviziju” with its number, due date and whether it is paid. The amount matches the monthly statement.
